Vetogen Animal Health in association with LAVA (Large Animal Veterinarians Association) conducted a Mega Workshop on “ADVANCEMENT IN ANIMAL NUTRITION AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH” on 11th September 2022, at Hotel Grand Madhav Palace, Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

About 200 Practicing Veterinarians attended the workshop from almost all the districts of the Bihar to learn and interact with our esteemed speakers Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh, Dr. Sen Gupta, Dr. Taslim Anwar, and Dr. Chandrakala.  Full day workshop had four technical session addressed from each speakers and moderated by Dr. Sathya Sooryan, Senior Product Manager and Dr. Sanjay, Technical Executive Vetogen Animal Health.

Nutritional Advancement in Rumen and Gut Health Management, practical and field specific solutions where shared by Dr. Pankaj Kumar, Prof. and Head, Dept. of Animal Nutrition, Bihar Veterinary College, Patna and also he shared Recent Nutritional Advancement for Optimum Reproductive Health. Dr, Sen Gupta, Asst. Prof, Dept. of Animal Reproduction, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Bihar Veterinary College, Patna also added to it the Advancement in Reproductive Health and how can we adopt practices in field situations to improve reproductive performance in small and medium farmers of Bihar.

Burning problem as on September 2022 in Animal Husbandry was Lumpy Skin Disease, Dr. Taslim Anwar, Field Veterinary Surgeon had shared an in-depth detail of LSD and ways to prevent it. Dr. Chandrakala Field Veterinary Surgeon has shared her experience in surgically handling a dermoid cyst.

Dr. Nilay Prasad, Director, Vetogen Animal Health, an alumni of Bihar Veterinary College opened and shared his emotion towards Bihar vets and the animal husbandry sector and the department and to the commitment he personally has along with the team Vetogen to innovate and give outstanding practical nutritional solutions for livestock farmers in Bihar.
